Location Information
	*There is a wide range of fossils to be found at this location, but the fossils are poorly preserved.*
	(Not Recommended) This location is not recommended for families. It can be a steep climb to the top of the hill.
	Stockdale Quarry is situated in the middle of nowhere, although the walk isn't too bad, the road is a long, narrow single track road which leeds to nowhere. This road is very busy as it is popular with hikers. Parking for one car is available nearby, or if this is taken you will need to walk a further 800m from the car park.
	Quarry This location is a disused quarry, access is allowed since it is on a public footpath. The quarry is in filled with spoil but there is plenty of fossils to be found.

! IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES !

During the 2004 UK fossils field trip, during heavy rain when descending the hill, a member of our team slipped on a rock and cut their knee quite badly. It should therefore be noted that extra care should be made during wet conditions. There is a large number of outcrops which need to be cross when climbing and descending the hill, when wet these are extremely slippery.
