Looking for an exciting family adventure, individual experience or special gift? Our guided fossil hunts reveal evidence of life that existed millions of years ago. Whether it's your first time fossil hunting or you're looking to expand your subject knowledge, our fossil hunts provide an enjoyable and educational experience for all. The fossil hunts usually take place in Southeast England but we're happy to discuss private tours elsewhere. Each fossil hunt is tailored to suit the individual or group's needs and level of experience and includes an opportunity to see and handle real fossils, an introduction to the geology of the chosen area followed by a guided fossil hunt.

Beachy Head, Sussex

Travel back 100 million years with fossil hunter Roy Shepherd to the Late Cretaceous Epoch, a time when predatory ammonites patrolled the warm seas that covered the area. The fossil hunt begins with an introduction to the local geology and demonstration of the fossils we might encounter, followed by a two hour hunt for fossils and 'Fool's Gold' along the beach.
